After a decade of failed career moves, Nicole Buergers finally found her dream jobs working with two things she loves: bees and cheese. She gained attention after joining the boutique cheese shop Houston Dairymaids as a part-time cheesemonger. At the same time, she also learned and fell in love with art of beekeeping. She decided to quit her day job and start up Bee2Bee Collective. The business provides beekeeping services and hyperlocal honey distribution throughout Houston, while also teaching elementary school children about entrepreneurship, environmentalism and sustainability.
